I am a former corporate warrior turned yoga teacher, and your new best yogi friend. There is nothing I love more than sharing my passion for yoga and helping people find that small moment in the day to reconnect with themselves.

I took the leap and left my corporate career after realising that having a regular yoga practice felt like I had found “the key to life”. WOAH. I know, I know, that is a BIG statement. But it’s true. I started doing yoga to feel better physically (which I did), but what I didn’t realise was it would also come with the wonderful side effects of making me feel better mentally and emotionally. Like, a lot better.

That's why I started

I get that there are days where you are so busy you barely feel like you have enough time to eat your lunch, let alone fit in a yoga class. And now that more and more of us are working from home, the pull to stay at our desk beyond the traditional 9-5 is even greater.

That’s why I am here. Think of me as your very own yogi friend who will remind you to take a deep breath, have a stretch and take a little time to reconnect with yourself, all from the comfort of your desk.
